When the sun falls on your character in a certain way or if you stand near light source the hair is glowing/shining, your face and body can even be in the dark but still the hair has a unnatural glow/shine from the near light source.

It only shows up on light hair colors, not the darker ones...can this be fixed?

Are using any lighting mods since I find those alter the lighting effects or an ENB/Reshade it looks like you do. I think that is showing the background lighting effect on the character which you do not see if using the vanilla lighting or at least not as much. I think you can disable it in the ini file.

I will see if I can find the line you need to edit or add.

I have tested without reshade and it looks the same in vanilla to.

That in the link you posted I'm already using, but it don't fix the hair glow.

Yes...Oni Hair Re-Texture, but i have tried without it and it's still the same.
