Is there a way to turn power armor frames back into item form? I am a hoarder so my various empty frames keep cluttering my backyard in Sanctuary.

Nope. The'll forever be power armor frames. Just build a wall along either side of the bridge in Sanctuary and line them up along the wall to serve as sentries or something lol

Alternatively, go dump them in a pond. Honestly it is a bit much. I have like 20 blank power armor frames aside from the 9 full sets of power armor that I have displayed in my workshop. I only use like two of them. I use my BOS V T-60, and my X-01 Mk VI. That's about it.

I would have preferred more random power armor pieces and fewer working frames, personally. Because once all of the random frames are gone, that's pretty much all of the power armor pieces you will ever find and the rest you'll need to buy from the atom cats or loot off of BoS unless you want raider power armor.

You can with mod. I understand the "gotta catch em all!" mentality, but it is really pointless in this case. Just leave them where you find them.

I does not deserve a thread of ist own, so I like to say here that I would prefer if they were actually frames and you could see you through them. It annoys me each time when I enter a frame and see a generic pants and shoes on my character and not the stuff I wear.

But the greed ... I can't leave PAs with some savages. The raiders are even so kind as to leave their armor when I am around because their cores tend to "suddenly" explode.

I though everthing except for collectables respawns including PA? I remember someone saying that he found one in the same location twice.

I only use one T-45 despite having a T-60 in my office. Because they are so cheap to maintain and you get too good gear way to early anyway. Not that I lack any other material beside adhesive and wood since I take EVERYTHING. Good idea with dumping them in the water. There is this lake near Sanctuary ... I wonder if they despawn if I leave them there.
