I am not sure if this was already asked (couldn't find a thread here where this is discussed) but I would like to know if the perk "action boy" (on rank 2 it increases AP regeneration speed by 50%) works only for V.A.T.S. or even for non V.A.T.S. AP regeneration like sprinting or the jetpack. If it would work for jetpacks too it would be very awesome since you can use it faster again since your AP regenerate 50% faster.

So, is it working for sprinting / jetpack (or even holding breath) too or only for V.A.T.S. in some way?`Anyone has experience with that?

For me, it appears to affect regen no mater what it was that consumed the AP in the first place. Whether sprinting, holding my breath while sniping, Jet Pack use, etc. It appears to affect the regen when I am done doing whatever it was that I was doing. I also choose the Power Armor Leg and Torso mods for AP regen. If I keep moving while in a fight in my P.A. I almost always have AP available to use in VATS.
