Anybody know which perk or mod I have that causes this effect? It only highlights containers that have items I've marked necessary. Level 32 and I've got titanium T-60e with Recon Sensors in the helmet. My only Perception-related perk is Locksmith. I have Scrapper maxxed. I noticed this in the Prima guide and wonder if this is it:
