Constant Crashing in Rivet City : Fallout 3

I have found myself inside Rivet City with no way out. When I try to exit to the wastelands, my game crashes. I enter another cell inside Rivet City, itself, and I'm fine, but the moment I try to step outside, the game immediately crashes right after the loading screen. This problem seems to independently be caused by exiting Rivet City. Exiting to the Wastelands anywhere else doesn't cause a crash, and I have no mods that effects Rivet City, or it's surrounding wastelands. Does anyone know what's up with this?

Do you have the Unofficial Patch for Broken Steel loading? If so disable that one.

Is anyone else mildly amused at just how quickly we can ID the UF3P BS bug? I just had to read the topic title and I had a strong suspicion it was the case.
