How do i restore accidentally deleted save games in Fallout 4?

I was deleteing old useless save games when it deleted ALL of them, 400h of game play gone, anyone know how to restore? Are they in Steam Cloud?

Use Recuva which is a free program you can use to recover files that you have accidentally delete.
