Make an NPC shout for help

Hey was curious how to make an npc shout for help, would like them to lipsync and either call the guards, or just yell at the player, but I want it to be triggered by a script, (When the scirpt activates the NPC calls for help) is this possible?

Since it's already done in the game, I don't see why you couldn't make it happen.

Just dont know how, the NPC's yell when you attack them and such but I want to make it part of a spell , cast on them and they shout or call for guards, kind of like demorilize spells but without the running.

I dont know how to make them say a specific kind of dialogue or topic without starting a conversation

Quite a few NPCs will shout out on their own if they see someone commit a crime - shoplifting will cause the merchant to call for the guards.

You can do a Paralyze spell that doesn't show the effect (green glow and swirly) and simultaneously disable their Flee function, which will cause them to stay put and call for help.

A much, much easier way would be to use the http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Say command in a script.

Example:
Say Assault
