Oh I 100% approve of this idea lol.
No.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_zombie_video_games an incomplete list of zombie games and it appears to be 50+ titles (didn't care to count).
I haven't heard of most of those. I don't count Call of Duty stuff as a Zombie game.
I still a survival game based on World War Z the book would be great to see. Could start at the Battle of Yonkers or simply a survivor trying to get to one of the safe zones in California. As the game goes on you join the military to take America back.
Maybe Telltale could do it but they are already doing The Walking Dead.
I'm sick of telltale games. It's always:
> Choice A. B. C.
> Slightly different cutscene
> Same conclusive ending with slight variations
It's pretty dull at this point.
Yeah, me too. The first POTC made by Akella was really good. Now that we have AC: Black Flag as a reference of what can be done with the setting today, I think a huge sprawling rpg a la Bethesda would finally the pirate game I've been waiting since the Sid Meiers Pirates rermake.
I don't even dare try Raven's Cry, the videos in German are proof enough that it's [censored]. Risen 2 was also a very let down. I think the Black Sails franchise from Starz would be a nice setting to make a rich open world rpg centered on sailing, ship building and upgrading, island exploration with treasures and tribes, alliances, expanding on the Fallout 4 settlements like setting up production, plantations, shops and trade routes between islands, etc.
