I have a strange problem.

I installed Oblivion via Steam that I set up creating my own wrapper. The game is working fine, but my crosshair will show that I am detected (lit up gold), even when I am not sneaking. If I sneak, it stays the same, but the mechanics all work (enemies not noticing me, extra sneak damage, etc).

The other problem is that when this icon is lit up, any steal icons are not shown. So, if the detected icon bug is active when I hover my cursor above a sword I don't own, it will say I can just take it. However, it is still stealing.

Last, there are some weird things in-game that will deactivate this. If I switch weapons, spells, anything else, everything works perfectly for a few moments, then the bug appears again. If I use Night Eye, the bug will go away for the entire duration of the spell.

Anyone know what's going on? I'm guessing something got mixed up, and it doesn't have anything to do with my wrapper or software. Not game breaking, but it would be reeeaaaallly nice to fix it. Thanks!
