I completed my first contract and left my calling card at the scene. Now the quest marker is telling me to listen to the Silver Shroud radio station in Goodneighbor but it doesn't seem to trigger any new contracts; just plays Silver Shroud episodes. Am I missing a step?

Oh hah, ya I should mention that I'm wearing the costume. I also found a guide and went to the location of the next contract. The contract and his two bodyguards are there, I can approach and activate him (leading to my character saying "hi) but no dialogue or conversation options begin.
