So i'm looking for an item called the missing name item. i've seen it on a youtube video if u do a quick search on "skyrim missing name item" the first video that pops up that's the one.

this item on the elderscrolls.wikia says that it can only be found in lowlifes that inhabit the ratways in riften.

i am resetting and creating new characters to speedrun to riften to kill lowlifes and possibly loot their bodies.

several things i wanna ask is this.

have u ever found this item? did u had any weird experiences with it? and if any of u use a console command or can research about it, do u know if its needed a certain level on ur character or difficulty setting to make it so that item appears?

im currently speedrunning to kill them so my characters are only level 1 and i am playing right now on apprenctice difficulty.

this item to me is special because i've seen a post on neoseeker forums that it can have different effects on ur playable character, such as ice wrath chilling effects around ur body or it can change ur character's height permanently. to be either shorter or taller.

the uesp labels lowlife's category as foxes that's what the CS says but their category oddly enough is dremora lords, maybe because their spawn rate is radiant and they can be any of the 10 races in tamriel, and after resetting and killing lowlifes with different characters i can confirm that, however i havent found this item yet.

i remember finding one in a thalmor assassing long long ago months but i didnt pick it up out of fear to crash or harm my game.

do u believe this missing name item could be a prank? or is it possible that it can give u off different effects?

It's hard to understand what you're asking for, but put simply no normal item in the game will have an official name of "missing name" or something similar. The only way you'll find such an item would be from either a glitch or a corrupted or poorly made mod. Uninstalling a mod and then finding an item that was added in by a leveled list merge or via a script still present in the savegame might possibly do it as well. Finding such an item is not a goal I would try to accomplish as it would be a sign of something going wrong in your game.

I actually found that item but it doesnt show up on my inventory when i picked it up.

it took me an entire afternoon of resetting characters and speedrunning to riften to get it. took me 12 characters to do it actually.

now all that i need is to test the aura whisper theory. im just going through the beggining of the dragonborn storyline in whiterun to unlock it with a dragon soul.

already got the shout just a little bit more.

something tells me this wont work but we'll see.

the glitch didnt work, i did everything those users on the neoseeker forum posted and it didnt work. i apologize for the topic. I am always on the hunt to myth bust glitches and theories with skyrim to see if they somehow add up. this one is a bust unfortunently.
