My game is glitches so that the objective, Talk to the Jarl or Falkreath is stuck. While impossible to fix on 360, a PC user could fix this with a setstage command. Any takers?

It's modifying a save that's not supposed to be modified! (as consoles concerns)

That's only allowed for Skyrim on PC through console commands.
