Hello everyone.

This has bugged me for sometime but for some reason I am stuck finding those 2 encounters. I have gone through many guides in trying to find them and make them spawn like the Polymer Lab trick and so on but nothing.

Shame we don't have the console on PS4 so I could spawn them myself, but does anyone else have problems finding the 2 geezers?

Don't bother. They're both bugged, even if you find em and send them to your settlement they will disappear shortly after arriving.

Thanks for the reply mate. Yea I know they are bugged, but it would be nice to know if they are bugged in spawning. I would post in the bugs post but it seems that it is only for PC bugs only.

Would be nice for Gstaff to come in and help in the situation.

The legendary weapons/armor and hireable traders should spawn close to Cambridge Polymer Lab building. Don't know about the Scribe. You can start walking from Cambridge Police Station to CPL. You probably need to do it several times until youre pleased. Do it at day, since at night they probably sleep somewhere else.
