My Fallout 4 game hasn't been saving. I've been playing it a while and all of a sudden it would not save. I thought maybe I had done something wrong? So I just resumed from my last save and when I was ready to stop playing I saved. I went back a little later and that save wasn't there either. I have pressed Y to make sure it wasn't on a different character but it wasn't there either. I have also restarted my Xbox. Any feedback would be helpful.
