Seems like some outfits have horrible body proportions. Like the Drifter Outfit, Synth Uniform, and Army/Military fatigues. My character is thin but when i equip the Drifter Outfit his feet look like 22's and fat. If i wear armor above the Synth uniform/BoS uniforms/ or Military/Army Fatigues the armor suddenly looks 3 times bigger than it would if you were wearing say the Harness? It makes the outfits ugly a lot of the time

If memory serves, those are pretty full-coverage outfits, yes? It's probably just extra padding and layers in the outfit that make it look larger than normal.

I've noticed it with the Army Fatigues. When worn underneath armor they just make you look bloated. This is a shame too because they're one of the few outfits in the game that can receive ballistic weave and be worn with full armor.

Drifter armor is ridiculous though those boots are super mutant sized

If YOUR daily commute involved trudging through radioactive mud, you'd want enormous boots too.

I like them too, because they give 1 Str, which helps a lot with carrying junk!

Personally I prefer the Vault Suit for my under-armor. It can't receive the ballistic weave normally, but I've got the Armorsmith Extended mod which, among many other things, unlocks the ballistic weave for almost all of the clothing in the game. I was tired of being limited to a small handful of under armor outfits that could get the ballistic weave but didn't appeal to my sense of aesthetics. So now I've got the best of both worlds.

I used the Vault-Suit too, until I kept getting encumbered too easily, and decided to use the Dirty Army Fatigues, even way before I got Ballistic Weave. I should wear something cooler, but for hoarders and packrats like myself, the 1 Str on the fatigues and Destroyers Helmet, + the Deep Pocketed variations of all my armour pieces are almost essential to my sanity! It does make me rather bulked up and makes me look like some guard, unfortunately.
