XBox One, just got mission "clear out Parkview Lounge" and all speech has disappeared! Big disappointing bug!

You may want to try an earlier save or just ignore the mission. I had the same issue trying to clear ghouls, the NPC who is supposed to give me the mission won't talk to me.
