I signed into my xbox and it wouldn't log onto Xbox live a check as to why said hardware issue rebooted and it worked like nothing ever happened. Except when I went to play fallout continue game wouldn't work and now load game won't work (it's like I first turned it on and hadn't started a game yet) what happened? Has anyone had this issue? I'm worried I just lost everything and Bethesda help...hasn't been any help

Hey there. It sounds like you're unable to load your cloud saves because the console is no longer connected to Xbox Live. Have you tried giving your console a hard reboot and reconnecting to Xbox Live?
