Could fallout implement this mode?

A pure survival mode, totally sandbox, where you simply have to survive with no main story. Death costs bottlecaps, half of your current stash, and every 20 game days all enemies gain a 5% boost in attack and defence.


If you survive a year in then imagine the monsters being almost twice as powerful.
