The question is this:

I want to create 1 or 2 settlements (sans settlers) that I can fast travel to. Will a pipboy marker showup somehow for my own scratch built settlement?

I've looked at a couple of settlements that I've cleared maybe to setup a base and fast travel without whinning settlers. Sort of like the BOS safehouse in NV, or the great loft in MT. Setup the little fast travel mat so I spawn a few feet from doorsteps, etc. But so far I haven't found one I really like so I want to create my own.

I know how to introduce a Workbench, and the other stations such as Power Armor. But the ones I created so far don't have the green colored boundry and don't let me scrap everything like Sanuarary of the other pre-build locations.
