Right, I'm bored.

Since the caps fix, I completely lost interest in Fallout 4. Settlement building is a chore now that I need to go find items in the wasteland....or set up water purifiers and farm...there is little to no reply value, I can't find anymore X-01 parts....

My settlements never get attack, I've discovered most of the locations (I believe...the lack of wasteland explorer perk shows) and now I'm just sorta wandering around...doing nothing...

So I put up my X-01 armor, shut the bedroom door, and sat on the couch...anyone else in this boat?

Edit: auto correct strikes again :(

Bored...not board!

Shipment workbench glitch is better for settlement building.

If PC you can use console commands to give yourself the money you want. But honestly, you're complaining that you now have to actually play the game to play the game. You don't get any sympathy from me.

removed some posts - we call out, in the forum rules, not to play grammar police please. Fixed your title - autocorrect is indeed a pita. So are homonyms. Heh.

Anywho, sorry to hear you are bored. I am not having the same issue at all. :) Take a break, go play something else. :)

Guess I was being too subtle... see, I was doing a thing where I deliberately misunders- oh, never mind.

I am bored reading all these posts about people being bored.

The game gave you a ton of content and a great playthrough. Now buy a new game till the dlc comes in. :)

Or try a completely different character and faction?

I made Tony Stark and travel with Codsworth now wearing only my miners hat and traveling garb *the settler backpack one* and my trusty unmodded snubnose. I only collect ammo and caps and I have all but abandoned my stark towers in sanc. In fact im on a self-exile from all settlements atm. Traveling hobo and codsworth. Makes it fun trying to survive without using your villages and settlements.

All i'm doing lately is camping out in various buildings and traveling.

Refreshed my charactor alot once I ditched everything behind or sold it all off.

I've legitimately earned a supply of caps that is infinite for all practical purposes. Go to the settlements that have access to large bodies of water like Sanctuary, the Castle, and several others. Build as many of the largest water purifiers as you can. Come back a while later and you'll have a ton of water in your workbench. Put on a charisma boosting outfit, pop some graqe mentats, and go sell all of the water to the various merchants around the Commonwealth. Repeat every few game days. I've gotten over 100,000 caps because of this. No, this isn't the millions and millions of caps that could be made with the glitch. But I honestly can't imagine even needing that much unless you're trying to buy every item in the game.

Then get off your duff and go do something. Clean the house. Go help with the chores or something. What do you want, a puppet show....?!

And people say there is no harm in exploiting a single player game...

I guess you made your bed, now sleep in it until the DLC. You might not get so bored (probably one of the most over used words on these forums) if you don't exploit the game when the DLC is out.
