Console mod with 10 in all SPECIAL coming out?

Post » Thu Jan 21, 2016 5:46 pm

This is why I am saying mod magic and ingenious modding. It is amazing what some modders are capable of and until one of the more talented modders look at toggle collision, then it is not know whether it can work or not. All most of us can say is that it would be nice to have for a console mod, but we have no idea if it is possible or not.

There are certain times when a player gets stuck in the landscape and the only options are reload an old save or use tcl.

Understand that, and I've used it. Not sure it is a necessity. Still...glad to have it!!

Might be just me but at just situation I'd rather load an older save than play through bug.. Then again I usually never loose more than 5 minutes with it :P

And some players would lose 5 hours with the way they save the game.

Should be dead simple, unless mod support on consoles is more limited than we've been led to believe.

I tested the dogmeat duping glitch on xbox one last night. It still works. Once you get the hang of the timing you'll have 10 in all SPECIAL in about 10 minutes. I caution anyone who wants to do this however. For me it ruined the game and i started a new playthrough after about 15 hours with SPECIAL maxed.

Rly?

player.setav strength 10

player.setav perception 10

player.setav endurance 10

player.setav intelligence 10

player.setav charisma 10

player.setav agility 10

player.setav luck 10

copy it into a txt file in common/Fallout 4 and run it with "bat [fileName]"

U can go above 10 too btw.

And i guess i don't have to tell u that it's going to ruin the game for you... cause thats what cheating does.

It will be interesting to see how many "cheaty" mods come out for consoles. On the pc, cheat mods don't usually gain much traction just because anyone can cheat any time they want. But on a console, where for some reason cheating in a single player game is looked down upon, I could see these being the most downloaded types of mods. (if we truly ever get mods)

You did notice the original poster was asking mods specifically for console since, you know, you can't use debug console commands on the gaming consoles like xbox and ps..

Remember when leveling in any game ALWAYS max out the attribute that helps you to level faster. So 10 in intelligence to get the most XP from actions. I prefer to have lock and terminal at max to unlock all I find the first time so I don't have to remember where was that safe I found earlier? That means Perception at level 4, and then level Locksmith to level 3 and Hacker to level 3. Then Strength for carrying, get to level 6 then max out the four in Strong Back, which adds 25, 50, overencumbered you can use action points to run, then when overencumbered you can fast travel. Then max out Strength, It will help out if you want to build settlements early. Then I like Charisma at max so you can talk your way into more caps and xp per mission. Then Luck level 5 so you can get Idiot Savant to level 2. This will give you a chance to get 5X XP for any action! After that its up to you.

Oh... didn't notice.

I just don't get why ppl would play bethesda games on consoles... its like intentionally missing out on half to twice the content of the original game?

And yes, i know they wanna get pc mods working for consoles, but thats not going to work for alot mods, especially not the ones which require alot ressources.

-7 for the 7 bobbleheads -1 for the special book. That drops it down to 34 levels. If, instead of putting 4 in each stat you went for 10 in int (for the xp bonus) you would b e surprised how quickly level 34 comes.
