with my new character i built a lvl3 medic stand and a lvl2 bar

that increased my settlement happiness to 85 max

later on i built a lvl2 junk, armour, weapons and clothing store to finish off the stores. I know that the armour and weapons dont increase happiness but clothing and junk do, but my happiness has stayed at 85 with no up arrow or anything, max happiness didnt change.

does only lvl3 stores increase happiness? (i built the bar and medic at same time so dont know whether they both raised happiness or just the medic did because it was level 3?)

or are you capped at a max happiness based on something else where despite doing happiness things it wont increase?

my settlement size bar isnt yellow its still green is that meaningful? as in you cant increase happiness above 85 till you reach "large settlement"?

I got the achievement without doing all of that, not wearing any special clothing and no chems. It's random.

its glitched the patch is supposed to fix it
