So earlier today I was playing FO4 on XB1 and all the sudden my gun stopped shooting or aiming and it appears my character is stuck at sprinting speed despite having no AP. If I try to use VATS i have zero AP. Please help

Just set fire to the game man...that's ur best bet. then move on to a proper, good game that works. The bugs are never ending and kill ur game in this one.....at least for x1. . .
