I am in the railroad HQ and trying to talk to Tinker Tom but all I get is a statement that "sencer sweep is Clean" but has no dialog options. I have done butchers bill and some of the quests for Pam. Is there a command option to get him back on track?

Do you have an outstanding MILA quest from him that you have forgotten?

Tom never had any dialog options from the moment I first stepped into Railroad HQ and never gave me any quests.
