It's seems like Preston and MM have stopped giving any radiant quests. I'm lvl 116, but I hope there is no lvl cap. I have tried to move Preston from Castle to Sanctuary, no luck. I have waited for several days in_game and still no luck. The MM radio guy at Castle says everything is quiet. I don't get any messages about settlements under attack either. How can I reset MM / console command so they can give me more quests. The Institute and BoS gives quests yes, but not MM. I'm friendly with all factions, so that is not the problem.

There is no level cap. You can go to level 5000 if you want, but less than 300 is where you get enough perk points to get every single perk and every SPECIAL to 10.
