I am at level 57.

1. When I get radiated, from food or in the water, I cannot heal myself.

2. I cannot assign a settler to a supply line, nothing happens. I read elsewhere that you must wait a while and /or try again, will try that.

3. Cannot assign Vault-Tec Rep to Trading Emporium, he just walk away. Will see if it is the same issue as above.
