There seems to be an issue with Barney Rook in Salem. I cannot find him and due to this I cannot access his bunker. After some research this is a fairly common glitch and I was wondering if this was going to be resolved in the near future?

I don't think it's on deck with the next patch, but you could check in the notes. The only resolution is to reload to a point before you cross the threshold of Salem. From there, rush to Rook's house and reload if it happens again.
