Bards have stopped singing! : V

I'm level 40, on Elder Knowledge and I don't seem to have heard a bard sing for ages without requesting it.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do submit it?

No, no mods. Meant to say that in my first post as I've Googled the issue and everyone else who has the problem seems to be using mods.

Have you tried reloading current save. Does it percess on previous saves? Have you verified your game cache?

I heard that the Nordic Bards Union decided to strike against the new panTamrielic tax reforms on singers musicians and artists. In the meantime unions from all over Tamriel are getting ready to join the strike and people have already closed two major Imperial highways.

It's not a bug mate, you just have to wait for things to calm down.

It's not a bug, it's a feature!

Try saving your game and then punching one (seriously), it may reset their AI when you reload or move them around if they glitched on some furniture or the navmesh and allow them to go back to their normal default song playing AI package.
