Does anyone know if there is a mod that removes the bullet sponge effect on higher difficulties?

1 shot to the head often means death toa human, 5 shots to the head is deffinatly dead, right?

I just want the "easy death" from normal difficulty on enemies but the higher damage inflicted on my character like on hard/survival mode.

You can customize the damage dealt by you and the enemies. One shot kills for everyone if you like.

This looks like something I would like!
