I'm on PS4, even though I doubt that really matters much, but when I try to decorate my settlements with stuff likes plates, forks, plastic pumpkins, etc, etc...

All of the items either end up on the floor, or half way in the table, after I put them on tables or counters, or just end up falling through the floor completely. Does anyone else have this issue? It's a huge bummer, and makes my settlements look boring. :/

I'll add in another issue so I don't have to post multiple topics, but is Covenant completely broken for anyone else?

The mayor and everyone else won't talk at all when they're asking for help with the quests given by preston, it's just silent and you can't skip their dialog either. You're just stuck staring at them awkwardly.

Yeah. Item placed on hard floor seems to be stable enough..


but Item placed on top of object on top of another object.. seems to have some kind of wobbling and unstable placement error when they get loaded.

(eg, magazine rack placed on the top of wooden floor you placed)


A tato placed on a table on hard floor doesn`t seem to move..

but a tato placed on a table place on wooden floor on hard floor seems to be bit more unstable.



Just object loading glitch.. hopefully get fixed by next patch.

and yes. Covenant is broken dialogue wise.


Why Bethesda released in such way?


Clearly Covenant had few plan twisted while they were developing from original design.. and they decided to ignore few missing voices since its minor nuisance.

You should not have problem with minutemen quest in Covenant though. I finished dozen and never had problem although I had to wait few silent dialogue to pass.

Covenant probably was designed to be annihilated by the sole survivor originally no matter what.

I've also got his problem. The only thing I have placed that has stayed was a Nuka cola truck on a counter inside of Red rocket. I thought that the hard floors there would be stable enough to place my collection of Buttercup horses but they all fell through the floor...then they were on the roof then they were sunk into the floor. Frustrating as I want to decorate........I hope that there can be a fix.

Yes, objects don't tend to stay on anything else than the floor. On pc there is a mod to lock them in place. But you say you are on PS4.

I thought the new beta patch fixed the issue of stuff falling so now they stay on racks and stuff. Haven't tried it myself, maybe someone else can confirm?
