I've been following the progress his twitch streams. And got my set today. I don't yet have a character for it however. But as cool as this is. This thread belongs in the mod section.

Nice, also like that he placed it in the most logical place. Even though we can't be sure Kellogg actually had that armour as he is quite old and left the NCR a while back.

Since he's the only known npc from the west coast(as far as i know), it's the perfect place

THANK...GOD! Already tracking it. Waiting for bug cleaning and later versions he says will include Elite Riot Armor. The antimateriel rifle is a real bonus, but think I will wait for the inevitable M107 type rifle mod. But this will definitely do until then.
