I have spent around 60 hours playing this game and have finsished all of the minutemen quests. I was casually wandering the wasteland when I came across an oppertunity to complete a reoccuring Garvey quest. Upon completion i noticed that he was no longer situated in Sanctuary and was now in the Museum of freedom. When I arrive, mama Murphy and those two other depressing people that follow Garvey around are all sat inside like so after completion of one of the first quests. When I speak to them they simply reply with comments about finding somewhere to live. However they are still taking up population space in Sanctuary? This is pretty disappointing seeing as i wanted to max the population of sanctuary out to 21 so I am hoping there is a fox for this... Anyone else had this issue on Xbox One?

Why is Garvey such a damn pain in the ass. First he wouldnt stop sleeping in my bed, second he wouldnt let me finish a minutemnt reoccuring quest and now this! I hate that man
