I was always curious if something like this had been done. If you know even a lick of music theory, you'd know it very easily translates into math - so creating a program that procedurally generates music is comparable to something like Minecraft. But it doesn't have me too worried - until Emily can get inspired, or go through a near-death experience that influences how she composes the soundtrack of Oblivion, the "feedback" she gets is more like adjusting parameters in an algorithm.
I'm talking about abstract thought. How freaking meta would it be for an artificial intelligence to wonder what it philosophically means to be alive, and wrote a fictional story that uses metaphors and symbolism to explore that concept?
Naturally, yes. Over time those costs will come down like everything else.
Hopefully, by that time. NASA is terraforming Mars and Saturn to be colonized.
awesome, robot workers that work for robot bosses...
it'll be necessary to meet the efficiency expectations of the robot shareholders though.
wonder if robot bosses are gonna do their robot secretaries...
sure they do. robot employees will have to make money to pay for the electricity they require to labor on.
they're supposed to fully replace us after all
yay.
that way usually was starting a big fat war, burning down everything and starting over from scratch.
who survived anyway.
sure gonna be good fun the next time they try that....
