I tried to keep peaceful with all factions for as long as I could... eventually going with the Nuclear Option (Minutemen). I am still friendly w/ BOS, Railroad & Minutement. Afterward the Nuclear Option, I had read that the next time I visit Diamond City, it should automatically start In Sheep's Clothing. However, it does not. FYI: I had previously completed Political Leanings.

Anyone know what to do to get In Sheep's Clothing going?

Have you been up to see the mayor? I think my quest started when I went up there and witnessed a confrontation...

Are you traveling with Piper? If so, this quest won't trigger. She plays a central part in the quest, and ends up basically meeting you there.

I am currently traveling with Curie. I did take the elevator up to see the mayor. Everything was business as usual... he said he was very busy, etc etc.

Leave DC or maybe go into Nick's office or Home Plate. It might trigger when you return. I've had mine trigger later than I expected.
