why cant one combo the power Armour(p.a)?

for example, I can either have the 'medic pump' OR the 'Jet Packs'

cant have both together (even if I have the right stuff with me)

maybe in the future versions, player would have the option of the 'AND' instead of the 'OR'

same example(lets say) for the hazmat suit

if one dons it , then one cant don an arm leather protection (which is just a small piece and can be donned on top of a rubbery suit -also in real life)

but principally , combining 'add ons ' to the suit should be made possible.

another wish for later versions: some additional perks , like to loot a blown up body @ night is difficult(when killed from afar). for me it's like: hey I think I shot him somewhere here but then I just go around trying to find the body and its not there. How about something like a 'dead body locater' perk for people who cant find their blown up or dead victims anymore
