I have found a .45 rifle and Nuke launcher that shoots an extra projectile. Is this done to every gun, will I eventually find the same perk on 10mm and on my shotgun?

Also I really want Heavy leather legs with 10% movement speed, heavy leather chest chameleon. Is this available?
