When i launch the game after the Please Stand By screen it crashed and puts me back to the dashboard....

Contact them from below see if they can help. You also you can try to uninstall and reinstall Fallout 4 from the Xbox Store or disk. Talk to support first, they will more than likely say the same things I suggested. Your saves 'should' be okay because they are backed up into the cloud. Take a grain of salt with this, since I can not be 100% certain.

As well, I strongly recommend to have at-least 3 'fresh saves' saves; especially before a quest. Try to keep your Xbox connected to the Xbox Live as much as possible, and when quitting the game; go back to the start menu then close the game.
