The new patch has gone live. It fixes the ps4 supply line issue (pressing R1 previously doesn't work).

Weapon Debris doesn't seem to have any performance hit but Ambient Occlusion at ultra will lower your fps.

Really? I thought the patch dropped for consoles "later this week"...
