Okay, just updated my game (couldn't do otherwise), ran my game fine, load any savegame. Outside any settlement, i can use my V key just fine. If i try to use it in any settlement, instant crash (workshop menu). Same if i try directly to interact to the workshop, instant crash.

Just tried without any mods, it's exactly the same. This setup wad running just fine yesterday.
