I have started a second game on XBox One. When I resume play after taking a day away from the game, the restart point may not be the most recent save. I have to scroll through all the saves to find my last stopping point. Why are the saves not in chronological order, and is there any way to fix this? I only use Save, not Quick Save. And of course there are Autosaves.

Same thing happens to me, try this go to all settings>go to disc & blueray>tap blueray>tap persistent storage>clear persistent storage>power off through settings. Hope it helps.
