If you mean the dolls that look like they're constipated. They are from an in-universe tv series called The Adventures of Captain Cosmos.
How they actually get where they are often found? That creeps me out too.
It's just a toy monkey in a toy spacesuit, or is it...?

I think they are synth babies....i scrap them the moment I get to a settlement.
*shudders*
It's like he's just waiting for the moment you turn your back so he can strike and eat your skin.
Cool video.
Now excuse me, I'm going to wake up my mother and ask her to hold my hand and tell me that everything will be all right.
That Jangles Mod is amazing!!!!!!
He is so creepy looking up at you with that scowl on his face.

I wonder if they are alien things like buttercup toys.
LOL My feelings are so twisted and mixed over seeing that Monkey doll run after you! It's creepy and weird, but also strangely cute!! hahahaha
But yea, I collect these dolls every chance I get, since they are a great source of Fiberglass.
Jangles the moon monkey doesn't really bother me.
The one that bothers me, is the creepy monkey with the red eyes and the cymbals. Was sneaking along when all of the sudden, I hear this weird mechanical sound and some clanging cymbals. I turn around and this little freak is grinning at me, and banging away, like someone just wound him up.
I shoot their heads off now whenever I see them.
Reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry has to sleep in Kramer's apartment. Kramer keeps a creepy puppet named Mr Marbles in his bedroom, and Jerry hears little feet running around in the middle of the night.
"Mr Marbles?"

Well, it's a popular ingame show, merchandise is mass produced and then sold to kids everywhere; I get why you find them everywhere.
What I DON'T get, is where all those [censored] MANNEQUINS come from. BGS' level designers really turned the "uhhh, creepy scene previous owner of the camp re-enacted with mannequins because they're crazy and lonely or something"-idea into a triesome clichée, when it's in every other location & in the darndest of places.
Fiberglass... YOU MONSTER!
I have all the Jangles that I find piled up on my bed at Red Rocket. That way when i need some rest I can curl up in a huge Moon Monkey heap.
iirc he also had a hubris comic book, from what i got from the hubris terminal's order lists
just your everyday hyped merchandising character.
had the world ended in 1985, we'd find garfield dolls all over the place
that's Jingles, the Alarm Ape
edit: a.k.a. Jingles, the Chime Chimp )
