I am currently busy with the investigation for the missing supplies for the BoS. Let me rephrase that, I would like to be busy with the investigation because no one on the BoS airship will interact with me. I can't buy or sell at the store, I can't interact with the footlockers, nothing. I tried reloading, I went of on another mission and came back and tried again, no luck. Anyone had a similar problem and solved it? Please share if you did 'cos there's no help from the dev's...

Did you try loading a save from before the issue occurred or have you just carried on and saving over the existing saves?

The only somewhat similar issue I've had was after having walked out of a conversation with Preston I wasn't able to talk with my companion.

To be precise, after killing the deatchclaw in Concord I went back to the museum of history but left as soon as Preston started talking. I went to the Combat Zone to pick up Cait, but after recruiting her I couldn't talk to her and trading was difficult as well.

Returning to the museum and finishing the conversation with Preston solved it.

So maybe try to see if you have any unfinished conversations somewhere.

Sounds like you might need to use the console to manually update the Papyrus script for that quest. Have a go on the modder's forums to see if someone can figure out what you need to type.
