Version 1.3 official

I just don't know what to say or do... Initially, I was really pleased with FO4 other than a few very minor peccadilloes. Then I got the 1.2 patch, and everything was still good, except my load times became excessively lengthy in the extreme. Now I have 1.3 whatever official, and things are completely screwed up.

I keep getting longer and longer load times going from smaller cells to open world in urban areas. Not new, really but not nice. On top of that, On this playthrough with the new version, I got the Emogene not there bug for the first time. Okay, not perhaps a big deal, but frustrating.

Then I got a radiant quest to kill all the ghouls in the Super Duper Mart... and I've killed everything in the store except the protectron, everything in the parking garage and basemant areas, and everything for a block around the store. I then went back through the store at least 6 times, but while nothing moves or attacks me, I don't get the quest completed notification.

I went back to Tenpines Bluff (where the quest originated) and they don't want to talk to me about ghouls at all... So, I guess I won't be able to complete the quest. In fact, I spent so much time on the Super Dooper that I got a quest failed notification regarding the raiders at the federal food reserve. so, I failed that one too.

While I was at the Tenpines settlement, I decided to build it up a little, and... I built a wall and a upper deck floor to attach to it. Then, even though the menu said I had everything needed, I couldn't build a second floor to attach to the first one. After a time, I scrapped a nearby bicycle, and suddenly I could build that second floor. It seems that though the menu said I had enough steel to build it, the workshop didn't apparently have the same amount of steel available as the menu indicated.

All of this stuff could bve coincidental, but I had no problems at all until the beta 1.3 was replaced by the official update...

I'm going to go get rid of all my saves, verify my cache, and start a new game (kind of upsetting as my character was over level 30) and see how things turn out.
