After applying the v1.3 patch, I have a reproducible CTD anytime I gain enough XP to level up. My game is unmodded, and so far I've tried regenerating the .ini files in the My Games folder, loading older saves (this game's character is on the cusp of level 41, ~50 in-games hours) completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the only thing that works is dropping myself back to the v 1.2 patch.


How would I go about debugging, logging and/or reporting this particular bug?

PM the link to your save with that particular character (that's almost ready to make the level jump) to see if it works on my PC!
