I've tried downloading this file twice (1024 textures, from Great House Fliggerty, PES tends to have trouble downloading large files for me) and both times I've tried to extract the files I get a series of 'Warning - Corrupted' messages about 3/4 into the extraction. Is there problems with these files? I ask because it happened twice.

Your best bet would be to ask Fliggerty himself, over at GHF.
