Customer Support (or complete lack thereof)

So, is it everyday operating protocol for Bethesda to simply answer questions to their customer support with completely irrelevant automated messages and then follow up with a support survey 24 hours after they issue said automated message? Inquiring minds want to know.

My mistake. As soon as I posted this I was replying to an email from customer support. I should exercise more patience.
