Scaling trees

Construction set crashes when I load up my mod, click use info on a tree, double click the cell grid to edit trees in that cell. Pain in the butt, I can still try going down the tamriel worldspace list of cells and access them that way and see if it works but I have to leave for work soon so I wanted to ask some questions!



1.) Can you scale the base speedtrees with tes4edit?



2.) Why does the render window cause a crash when my plugin is loaded, but when I load up just oblivion.esm I can load the render window just fine from the "use info" menu?
