Is there a way to obtain a vault 75 jumpsuit on ps4?

As far as I am aware that suit isn't available through ordinary means.

No, unfortunately there aren't any Vault Suits from Vault 75 in the regular game. There aren't any from Vault 95 either. The only way you can get a Vault 81 Vault Suit is by pickpocketing one or taking it off of a dead body. There are just three for Vault 111 and I think there are eight or so in Vault 114.

Which is rather funny how there is 8 suits for Vault 114 and none for Vault 75 or Vault 95 since Vault 114 was never operational.

The funniest vault that relates to this is Vault 70 which is located in Salt Lake City according to Fallout Bible 0. The Vault experiment involved having the jumpsuit extruder fail after 6 months. Well the Vault 70 being associated with Mormons seems to have only cropped up after the New Canaan Design Document was released for Van Buren.

It is not known if this was intended or not for this interesting social experiment to happen since there is nothing to back up this statement from Fallout wikia, "The eventual total lack of clothing combined with Mormon religious sensibilities resulted in the single largest block of social data collected during the vault program." All that is said is "2062 - Many Mormon congregations come together to purchase places in Vault 70, located in Salt Lake City, Utah" in the New Canaan Design Document and "Vault 70 - All jumpsuit extruders fail after 6 months" in the Fallout Bible 0. Although, it would be very funny blunder if it wasn't intended.
