Is Vadim Bobrov actually Dukov from fallout 3?

So i've kinda made this my personal conspiracy theory, and i need to know. if you finish the game while siding with either the BoS or the railroad, he'll say that line ''I used to run a country of all women'' This is i think referencing Dukov's place, where he had female companionship.

But if you look further. it all adds up, the accent, the attitude, the looks, the story. Both Vadim and Dukov laugh histerically for no reason, call you friend, and love alchohol.

Also, Dukov mentions his special drink, the ''Dukov Suprise'' (Not an actual in-game item) and Vadim has ''Bobrov's best moonshine''. Even if it's not confimed, it's definitely a possibility.

From the wiki: ''At one point in development his name was either Vando or he replaced that character's role in the game.''

Vadim, Vando, eh?

He also jokes ''see this bar, i killed a man for it'' following it up by saying it's a joke, but then he says ''he is dead though'' which implies the previous owner is dead and the Vadim didn't always own the bar. Further alluding to him being Dukov.

But there are a lot of uknowns, is Yefim really his brother? Was he his lost brother and they reunited?

And why change his name to Vadim Bobrov? Maybe because in the fallout 3 quest ''You gotta shoot 'em in the head'' He becomes a pretty high priority target, maybe he wanted to leave his past life behing him, and the player killing Dukov isn't canon.

What do you guys think? Am i going crazy? Am i stereotyping Russians? Maybe. Probably.

The MentalHealth link at the bottom of the page might be useful now.
