I got Oberland Station for the BOS early in the game on some random radiant quest, but now its the only settlement I haven't claimed for the Minutemen. Any way to change ownership? I'm on PC, so I am open to console commands.

Keep doing Preston's quests, sometimes, it will be back to the BoS settlement, Minutemen and BoS will cancel out each other.

I do not believe it really makes any difference anyway. Could be wrong.

Or you could kill everyone and make a new start with the beacon. Would probably annoy the BoS, but maybe not. Try it and let us know how it goes! (Save your game first, obviously.)
